Information collected may include the following: name, email, city, phone number, state, professional information, IP address, browser type, device type, demographic information, and any correspondence you may have with Electra Sales. Additionally, our Territory Visit form may ask for more specific information such as flight, hotel, and car rental reservation information, planned visit dates, attendee information, and availability.

Why do we collect this information?
 

“Email Subscription” form - we utilize this information to add contact information to our CRM(3) and potentially to our mailing lists(4) to receive marketing content. 
 

“Contact Us” form - we use this information to respond to your request for information about Electra Sales or the manufacturers we represent.
 

“Career” form - we utilize this information to contact you regarding the information you provided for potential hiring purposes. 
 

"Friday Fifteen" form - this form is designed to allow our manufacturers to schedule a virtual meeting with the Electra Sales team.

• “Territory Visit” form - this form is specifically designed for our manufacturers to schedule a visit to an Electra Sales territory. This information coordinates a visit between Electra Sales employees, manufacturers, distribution, or other end users.

• Sales IQ(5) - we utilize Sales IQ on our website to facilitate online chats with site visitors and to review past chats. 
   

• Page Sense(6) - we utilize Page Sense to review what pages are being visited, the duration of a visit, and what information was reviewed or clicked on. 
   

• Google Analytics(7) - we utilize Google Analytics to track website activity, such as visit duration, website interaction, and the route a visitor used to get to our site.
   

• Outlook(8) - we utilize Outlook as a means of email communication with site visitors who filled out our Email Subscription, Contact Us, Career, or Territory Visit forms. When completed, these forms are sent from Wix(1) to our marketing department, where they can respond to the form submitter or can direct the email to the correct Electra Sales employee via Outlook(8). 
   

• Bookings(9) - we use Bookings to schedule meetings and send confirmation emails and meeting invitations for visitors who filled out our Friday Fifteen form.
   

• Zoom(10) - we use Zoom to host virtual meetings scheduled through Bookings(9).

 

 

How do we store, use, share, and disclose your personal information?

At Electra Sales, your information is specifically used by Electra Sales employees and is not disclosed to anyone outside the Electra Sales company.
 

• Information such as name, email, city, state, phone number, and professional information is stored in our local CRM(3), on our host site(1), and in our mailing lists in Zoho Campaigns(4). We use this information to respond to a request for information or for marketing purposes. Additionally, Zoho Campaigns(4) stores email subscription status, location, device type, and email campaign recipient open and click-thru activity.

• Sales IQ(5) stores IP addresses, visit history, and past chats online by Zoho Corporation(2). We use this information to better communicate with and assist our online visitors. 

 

• Page Sense(6) does not store any personal information. Instead, it provides us with a way to review past visits allowing us to optimize our website for a better visitor experience.

 

• Google Analytics(7) stores IP addresses, visit history, visit duration, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating systems, location, and potential demographic information (age and gender). Google Analytics may store other unique identifiers such as mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, and application version number, along with the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with other Google services, including crash reports, system activity, and information about things near your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices. This information is stored online by Google. We use this information to optimize website visitor experience and to track website traffic. 

 

• Outlook(8) will store any emails sent from Wix(1) containing filled out forms along with any following communications from Electra Sales. Additional stored information may contain: date, time, email address, name, location, and IP Address. We use this information to respond to website visitors who filled out our Email Subscription, Contact Us, Career, Friday Fifteen, or Territory Visit forms.
   

• Bookings(9) stores customer name, email address, phone number if provided, meeting date and time, and any specific meeting details provided by the visitor.

• Zoom(10) may store information such as name, display name, picture, email address, phone number, job information, stated locale, user ID, or other information provided by the participant or the Zoom account owner. Additionally, some Friday Fifteen meetings may be recorded for Electra Sales' personnel to review.

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We communicate with our visitors via email through Outlook(8), Bookings(9), or phone depending on the form filled out. For marketing purposes, we utilize email through Campaigns(4). If you filled out the “Career” form, “Contact Us” form, or "Friday Fifteen" form, you may receive an email or phone call. Additionally, we may use a pop-up messaging service(5) to answer immediate questions while on our website.
