Electri-Flex recently announced improvements to Types LAFG and LSSFG PVC jacketing.
First, Types LAFG and LSSFG are now available in food processing blue. This provides high visibility for fast-moving machinery and operations and provides important safety considerations.
Second, PVC Jacketing is now antimicrobial thanks to an antimicrobial biocide additive that inhibits the growth of commonly known food processing microbes such as E. coli, listeria, and salmonella.
Last, PVC Jacketing now has a wider temperature range, from -30°C through 105°C. These temperatures are critical considerations when installing near heat-producing food equipment or with hot washdowns.
